Terms of Service — Thrads

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using thrads.store. By accessing our store, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our store.

1. GENERAL
Thrads is a premium medical apparel and lifestyle brand operating from Egypt. These Terms govern your use of thrads.store and any purchases made through it. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the store constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. ELIGIBILITY
By using our store, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are ordering on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

3. PRODUCTS AND PRICING
All products are described as accurately as possible. Colors may vary slightly due to screen display differences. Prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Thrads reserves the right to modify prices, discontinue products, or adjust promotions at any time without prior notice. Pricing errors (including typographical errors) do not constitute a binding offer, and we reserve the right to cancel orders affected by such errors.

4. ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase, not a confirmed sale. Thrads reserves the right to accept, modify, or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to:
- Product unavailability or stock discrepancies
- Pricing or description errors
- Suspected fraud or unauthorized use
- Failure to meet COD obligations from previous orders
You will be notified promptly if your order is cancelled, and any payment collected will be refunded in full.

5. PAYMENT
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and other payment methods available at checkout. For COD orders, payment is due in full upon delivery. Refusal to pay upon delivery without prior cancellation may result in the customer being held responsible for shipping costs incurred.

6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Thrads is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to the customer upon handover to the courier.

7. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund and Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on thrads.store — including but not limited to the Thrads name, logo, tagline ("Dressed for Dedication"), product designs, photographs, written content, and user interface elements — is the exclusive property of Thrads and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any Thrads content without express written permission. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.

9. PROHIBITED CONDUCT
By using our store, you agree not to:
- Use our store for any unlawful purpose
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from our store
- Impersonate Thrads or any of its representatives
- Engage in any conduct that damages our reputation or business operations

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Thrads shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our store or products, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the value of the order in question.

11. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
Our products and store are provided "as is." While we make every effort to ensure accuracy and quality, Thrads makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the suitability of products for any particular purpose beyond their described use.

12. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our store shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Egyptian courts.

13. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

14. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Thrads with respect to your use of our store and supersede all prior agreements.
