Shipping Policy — Thrads

At Thrads, getting your order to you quickly and safely is as important to us as making it. Here's everything you need to know.

PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Sunday through Thursday, excluding Egyptian public holidays. Orders placed after 3:00 PM or on weekends are processed the next business day. You will receive a WhatsApp or SMS confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
We deliver across all Egyptian governorates:
- Cairo and Giza: 2–3 business days
- Alexandria, Delta, and Canal Zone: 2–4 business days
- Upper Egypt, Sinai, and Remote Governorates: 3–6 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by high-demand periods, weather conditions, or courier delays beyond our control.

SHIPPING FEES
- Free shipping on all orders of 2000 EGP or more
- A standard shipping fee applies to orders below 2000 EGP (displayed at checkout)

CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery across all Egyptian governorates. No upfront payment is required. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the provided address. Repeated refusals to receive COD orders may result in restrictions on future COD availability for that account.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or SMS. You can use this number to follow your shipment in real time through our courier's platform.

INCORRECT ADDRESS
Thrads is not responsible for orders delayed or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer. Please double-check your address at checkout. If you realize an error, contact us immediately at thradsstore@gmail.com — we will do our best to correct it before dispatch.

LOST OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If your order arrives damaged or is confirmed lost by the courier, contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will investigate and, where applicable, arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
