How do Thrads scrubs fit?
Our Vigor scrubs are designed with a tailored fit — not too boxy, not too slim. They're made to move with you through long shifts without bunching or pulling. When in doubt between two sizes, we recommend sizing up for maximum comfort.
How accurate is the size guide?
Very. We built it based on real measurements, not generic sizing charts. Follow the guide, measure yourself once, and you'll get it right on the first order. If you're still unsure, message us on WhatsApp — we'll help you personally.
What if my size isn't available?
We restock regularly. Drop us a message and we'll notify you the moment your size is back.
Orders & Shipping
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes. We offer COD across Egypt. No card needed, no upfront payment — we trust you.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 2–5 business days depending on your governorate. Cairo and Giza typically arrive faster.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or SMS. You'll always know where your order is.
Do you ship outside Egypt?
Not yet — but we're working on it. Follow us on Instagram to be the first to know when we expand.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return my order?
Yes. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Just reach out and we'll guide you through the process.
What if I received the wrong size?
That's on us. Contact us within 7 days and we'll exchange it immediately, no questions asked.
Product Care
How do I care for my Thrads scrubs?
Machine wash cold. Tumble dry low. Do not bleach. Iron on low heat if needed. Our fabric is built to last — treat it well and it will.
Will the color fade?
Our color-lock fabric is designed to hold its color through repeated washes. Follow the care instructions and your scrubs will look sharp for years.
